However, the 1940 census and 1948 directory place Otto's Garage (filling station and garage) at Maryland and Earl, specifically 1200 Earl St. The proprietor was Walter E. Otto, 1954 article lists Otto's service station at Earl Street and Maryland Avenue
In looking at the intersection of Rondo and Arundel, it's possible that there was an earlier location here. The addresses of 438, 441, and 443 Rondo could have held a business, and there was also a garage at 442-444 Rondo. However, this may have been an error in the Green Book.
