Bond's Luncheonette This restaurant is listed in the Green Book along Granville Street, Windsor, while the 1960 City Directory lists it at 111 East Granville Street. The addresses on the 1943 Sanborn map do not match up perfectly, but the city directory indicates that the restaurant was four storefronts east of the dry cleaners and opposite the US Post Office, both of which are labeled on the Sanborn map. Additionally, the 1991 Windsor Historic District National Register nomination states that Hoggard's Barber Shop – two storefronts west of the restaurant in the city directory – had occupied the c. 1923 building located at 107-109 East Granville Street. All this seems to suggest the likelihood that Bond's was located in what the nomination describes as the c. 1950, non-contributing, 1- story, brick, commerical building at 117 Granville Street (inventory #124).
