The Landina Guest House This house is listed in the 1960 and 1961 Green Books at 710 First Avenue West, Hendersonville, and was owned by Hollis Landrum in the 1962 City Directory. (The property also served as the site of his Barber's Book Store in the 1956 City Directory.)
