This beauty parlor was run by Mrs. Lyda Hamilton, a cosmetology teacher at Sterling High School. The Green Book featured an incorrect version of the business's name- in actuality, it was Lyda's Beauty Salon. It operated in an office above Thomas and Lendhart Tailors and Cleaners. It is now destroyed.
