tell Lucy I have not received her letter yet but when I do I will try to answer it as soon as I can and I would like to have you tell me in the next letter how Lucinda gets alond along which you said probily Lucy would do tell Mother I do not know what to say about her she used to be my right hand man but I dont see much of Tryppenos works on the paper lately guess she has fell in love with another feller
tell Father I should like to have him write a word or to more tell Horrace and Mary and Marthy I will try to answer their letters sometime any way and tell them not to wait but write again and then I will write the longes when it comes but Johns letter I think I can answer too or three of them in one if I ever could ever git them to answer / but my next letter to him I think he can read as he runs or any other way unless he writes to me
Sherman does Unkle Riley come down any this winter and tell stories and then look to see Sherm laugh does that seem natural
