this is sunday morning and it find me well and harty I am still nursing in a tent thare is twelve beds in a tent at this time thare is but five in mi tent to of tham have thare lage off and one is shot in the back and one has the fever and the last one has his arm brok so you can see that i have a good time i intend to stay here as long as i can I recive a leter this morning dated 30 of July I was glad to her that you was all well you spok of the mail being / change wat time does the mail come from hils burow the pay master has bin here and i got 32.00 dolars i want to send 22.00 dolars home i will send nother to dolars in this leter in 50cts stamps i want her to ceep them as a presant the balance i may send to hilsburow by express I wont be in a hury a bout send it i some times think i will put it in a leter and let it rip tham stamps and come came all rit tham suspender I got tham a long time a goo thay came in good play i think thay will last till mi time is up
