Dear miss i recived your verry kind and welcome letter which i will now try too answer my health has not been very good but i hope this may find you blessed with good health We are still at indianapolis and expect too stay here all winter i expect too go home next week and spend a few hollow days when you write send the name of the company george is in so that i may rite too him you said the reason i couldent rite too you was i had too cis goss you are mistaken for i never got but one i i answered but she did not keep up / keep up corespondece
the 5 cavelry left here too day for louisville We are all very anctious too leave here too i have not much news to rite this time
