I sit down this Monday after noon one week since I left you at Genesee it is very warm. it seames like Illinois I am well Hopeing these lines may find you & the children well I got to Lena Thursday morning at fore went to bed came up to Hicks that night found them all well I have been hear since I was to church yesterday Mr Foster the Bible Agent preached I see all the folks & shacked hands with them all it seamed like home our monument was put up to the grave last spring it looks well.
