The fourth I spent at home the main part of the day in the afternoon took a walk down street / and was caught in the rain. I seen the fantastics. Dan was down and said that all was well. In the eve there was some very nice fier-works. they wer the nicest I ever saw and when that was over I went with one of the girls and stade all night and she gave me some ice cream and cake We girls here here have a very pleasant time. they are giving me the widower they think it a gay joke. I was coming home from church last Thursday eve with sevral girls and they see the Deacon coming and stoped wanting me to do the same, but I put for home and left them all, and as soon as he past them they called after me to come back that he was gon, so I think he will let me a lone after this or I will treat him a mean caper / If I ever get with him a gain I will go to see some of the girls and then slip out of the back door and leave him. enough of that—
