Dear Old Friend Mrs Williams
Ann has at last mustered up courag anough to write you a letter & having nothing els to do this Sabath afternoon I have concluded to send you a fue lines in Anns letter we have been living in Granville since last August and I like to live hear very well Ann sais that she likes it fully as well hear as in newark but thare is one thing that dose not swoot me exactly that is in regard to my trade I am working in partnership with a blacksmith in the village & he dose not swoot my tast / all to gather & I am in doupts wheather to put up a shop of my own hear or not but I am going to try it on my own hook after while but I have not made up my mind wheather to remain hear or go some place els I can tell better in the spring Lizy Ishmll has returned from the old country She was in Coalport the last I heard from her Sam Rees is bording hear with us and going to school. I enjoy citizens life very much and mariage life still better nothing more this time

P. S. plees give my best respects to your husband and tell him not to get jelous because I have wrote you a letter the Widow Jenkins was maried last week her husbands name is Davis a welthy merchant from Ironton I say good for the widow
