Dear Mother I seat my self to drope you a few lins to let you no that we our all well at present hoping when these few lins come to hand tha will find you all well I recived youre letter and was glad to hear from you an to hear that you was all well I had bin back for some time I roat to you som time before I got yours I will say to you [paper hole] Brother tomas [paper hole] is ded he dide the nineteenth day of may he dide with the consumption mell has lost three of his children tha all three dide inn about 4 weeks thare is a [?] has binn a good deal of sickness hear crops looks vary well at this time wheat crops was very good
