Fanny Cartright may have been born in Pennsylvania. She married Manassah Cartright, and they may have had a daughter named Fanny. Cartright joined the Union army in November 1862, and he died of disease in Newbern, North Carolina, in March 1863. Fanny eventually got remarried to a man whose last named was Perry. She died sometime after 1913.
