cloudy & cool Jesse & I went to Jackson took a cow & calf for sale the other boys hauled oats fodder & wood
Sold the cow on 3 days time for $28.00

clear & very cold I staid at C C Sharps last night
come by Dr Jones's this morning boys hauled some wood we all cut wood this evening

very warm & windy Some cloud heavy shower between 10 & 12 Mr Esworthy staid here last night & all day
myself & family have had good health & I have enjoyed myself the past year for which I feel grateful
I have tried to do my duty if I have come short may God forgive me I have not a word of complaint against any one no one to blame for any thing but myself
