George W. Randall Statement, 14 May 1864
State of Pennsylvania
Luzerne County ss
G. W. Randall of the township of Covington in the County and State aforesaid being duly sworn doth depose and say that his son Charles W. Randall has enlisted in the United States serice, is now in the 67th Regiment Pa Vols in Camp Cadwallader, Philadelphia:—Deponent further states that said Charles W. Randall entered without his knowledge or consent, and further that said Charles W. Randall was born on the fifteenth day of February A.D. 1850, and was therefore but fourteen years of age on the fifteenth day of February A.D. 1864.
