Dear Brother and Sister
 
I have got so I am about my work again although I have medicine still to take and my face still smells but my heart and other difficulties is better and I do not feel so tired as I did before but I was disappointed I [?] so much on that visit it may all be for the best only we cant always see it as we should but hope you can yet come this fall oh dear sister how much I want to see you and how many things I have to say to you that Rufus and Orange dont sympathise with us hope we will yet have a visit in this life but you know / you and I [paper hole] talk of our loved ones gone as well as the living and I to all appearance have been so near to them and then spared a while longer to Rufus and Ella I hope for some good Orange I am glad you and I believe in a free and full salvation the still small voice says come unto me and be saved let us come before it is too late do you know Isaiah lives to Barton landing so you wont have to come through in a day though he is seldom at home is travling Agent for Coles selling organs lives near the grave yard oh I think my neck gear is just lovely how did you know I wanted one Sister Jane
