Harrisburg
June 10/64
Dear Laura
We are mustered out and will be paid in the morning I will come home next Monday evening. I think Lieut Wireman will go with us to Washington I gave him the invitation to day. he laughed and said he would go. I have not asked Mowser but will do so soon I think he will also go. We will have a jolly party. I would not have asked them to go had it not been for Sallie. I understand that night that she was anxious to go. I have had a busy time since I came back with the rolls connected with the Co. / but we will be paid tomorrow which will end the trouble I have just been up to see Mrs C She enjoys her time well. they have a splendid room in one of the first hotels in the city
G W Mowser has just come from Danville in time for his pay. I will not get mine before Monday next, I think in time to come home.
I will not write more today as tis unnecessary.
remember me kindly to all
I remain yours with much love
