I notice in your letter concerning what Rambo said about us being at Louisville we have such every day we call it grapevine nuse or simply saying we donot believe them probably such was the report where he was / but there is very fiew that knows any thing about the moovements of the army we have all kinds of reports here and we think from reliable sorces to but they all proove false so you see I can tell you nothing as to where our next moove will be but I think I can in a fiew days more I will keep you posted but you must not feel bad if I donot geet home as soon as expected some time ago there is a time a cumming when we can see our friends and donot think it is far distant

I am hopefull that your health will entirely recover well about Tip Marvin I donot know what you have refference to I knew nothing very bad of him while here / but will know if I ever geet home
