Dier Son and doter and gran doter I have bin very uneasy about you for some time i have not hird from yo for some time and don’t know what is the cause of it i think if yo tri you can find that much time as to write a few lines and let us no whether yo are aliv or not and what you ar a doing and when you are acoming home i hav got a fresh cow for you and some stocking yarn i have nothing strang to rite it present all the folk here are tolking of going to war there are but few here now/
And Pap is atalking of going to war to we are all well at present and hope these lines will find you in the same state of health and mary snider says she would lik to heer from you all the rest of the friends is well and sends there love to you it is very helthy here at present except among the Childern they has bin some death the sore throte is the Complaint i want yo to wite as soon as yo get this and let me now how you are nothing more at present
