Dr Janes
Dear Sir
Will you have the kindness to inform me what deficiency (if any) there will be in the Hospl fund to meet the indebtedness to the San Com for moneys expended at the Genl Hospital. The bill I believe was $900 and some cents. Will it be necessary for me to go on to Gettysburg or will it be as well to send the bill on to Washington. You can keep open the amount and settle matters there I should think. Please let me know by return mail & send one of your pictures and get one of mine at Tysons on my account
yours truly
