Dear sister                                          
           I recived your kind letter and was glad to hear that you was all well i am well i cant write a very long letter this time for we move ever day and we ar going of to morrow on a 15 days raide some whare But i cant tell whare we will go so if you dont hear from me you must not worry i want you to tell the my old woman if you will i wrote to her but the news just come tell mary that i wrote to / her some time ago but i will write to her in a few days i will send you a nigger and you can sleep with him how will that do thay smell reathr strong tell as soon as i git my pay i will send her some money But i dont now when we will get enney i think it will come after a while the office has got back now and i have bart my nigger But i shall bring home 2 or 3 of them i mist cloes this fore we have got to go in a little while give my love to mother and all the rest that i now my love to you so good by fore this time
 
Write soon as you Git this and get / A smaller sheet of paper fore i think that was to large you can make it it smaller by cutting it in two dont you think so i spos you ar jest like me
