Capt Moulton's Company Capt Norton's Company and the Company from Newton are dtached from the command of Major Wilde and put under the command of Lieut Col Parker.
Lieut Col Parker will immediately fill his roster and report the same to His Excellency the Governor. He will hold himself with his command in readiness for marching orders as soon as received from the War Department.
By command of His Excellency John A Andrew Governor and Commander in Chief.
