My dear Aleginny
As I intend writing to you any how this week, I thought I would write today as I always find Sunday so long, when I stay at home, and I want to write to Aunt Sally, and Aunt Agnes, this week if I have time for I really have put of writing to them, so long that I am ashamed.
I wrote to Father on Friday. I would like to know what Father thinks of my bad writing, for I know he expected to see a letter from me. I am very glad if you can see any improvement in my writing. I write all of my letters on a book on my lap, then I get Sister to correct them, but some times I write in a hurry and she does not see them. Sister gave me a piece of the babys hair which I have been begging for it a long time I told her I would take it as a "birftday pressant" which you know is to day.
Sister and myself spent yesterday at cousin Serena's. I go there very often.
She has been so kined to me.
I am sorry to hear that James does not study. you must tell him when you write that he must not mind not hearing from us, for I think it must be the mail. I have written to him five times I have not heard from any of them for two weeks, but I suppose Brother George and Willie have not had time for the examination was last week.
has cousin Mary Jane come down yet.
I have been exspecting to hear from Hellen, but I suppose she is too busy now I have ben thinking of writing to her myself and but I have not had time
Have you heard from Maumar lately? I thought maybe James or some of the boys had seen her. you hear from them often I exspect.
Sister wrote to Brother George some time ago and he has never answer her letter. She sends her love to you Have you heard from Father. I remain your affec Sister Flora Taylor
