Williams I. Blanchard
Williams I. Blanchard was born on September 23, 1818, in Pennsylvania to Isaac Blanchard. He married Margaret Koons on September 21, 1841, and they had at least four children: Catherine, born around 1844; Emma, born around 1846; Helen, born around 1850; and William, born around 1855. He worked as a dry goods merchant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. By 1860, he was working as an insurance company secretary, and he owned $500 of personal property. His wife died in 1876, and he died in Philadelphia on October 10, 1894.
