Dear Sir
Some time ago I wrote to you advising you that Tunstall had authorized me to act as as his agent in the [?] of the Arnold tract of land. As yet I have not heard from you. Tunstall wrote to me again a few days ago from San Antonio about the survey. I wrote to him that report of the [?] was on file in court in San Antonio and might be acted on as soon as any one filed a bond for cash and called the attention of the court to it.

The interest of all parties would be promoted by a partition. I will start to Kentucky the first of April I would like to buy the tract opposite my place before I go if possible I think too that I could sell more of the land if the matter were settled. You should at the next term of the County Court in Medina Co get an order for partition. Let me hear from you.

Look out for brown mare branded JA on hip bought of John Q Adams stolen last Monday night from stable in Bandera by Indian
