2nd Lt Danl Boyse Co "E" 43 Missouri Vol now a prisoner in the hands of the Confederate Government is hereby relived on parole upon condition of his not taking up arms against the Government of the Confederate States nor in any manner aiding or abetting its enemyes untill duly exchanged by the proper military authority
