I seat my self here on the ground to pen you a few lines to let you know that I am still a live and enjoying good helth at this time and in hopes I shall be I like prety well out here but we have some big balls out here but they dont scare me yet but they ma yet I cant tell. well I cant write much Laura because I must write to Ida, that what the matter / give my love to father and Hubb and Mye and the rest of the folks
Laura you tell Jo that we will have Richmond tell Joseph that I wrote to him last and also Emeline and Wilson write to me about them boys and how Sony gets a long and write all the news how is old Mage now he is well I guess Well I hope that this will find you all well, it leves me well and all of the boys are well so here goes for love to you. and here is love for Maggie and Bell so good by write soon from J W Palmer /
