A General Court Martial is hereby appointed to meet at Montgomery Alabama on the 7^th day of November 1866, or as soon thereafter as practicable for the trial of Brvt. Maj. R. Thenne Vet. Res. Corps and such other prisoners as may be properly brought before it.
