            III. Capt. James M. Tracy, V.R.C., whereby relieved from duty as Acting Agent at Lebanon Tenn., and will transfer all official books and papers pertaining to this Office to his successor M. J. Sample. On being relieved Capt. Tracy will report in person to the Asst. Comr at Nashville Tennessee.
