It is with much pleasure that I answer your letter that I received last week I was very glad to hear from you and hear you are well we are all well at present hope this may find you the same you speak of makeing enquires wheather there is any land to be got pretty cheap I haven't got on track of any yet but I will look around some and if i should hear of any I will let you know the land tutle has is ten miles from here out on the ridge I dont know of him having any back of florida he may have for all I know I will ask him next time I see him /
