Dear wife after my best respects to you and dear little ones I drop you a few lines wich ihope may find you all we have received orders to moove to Charleston on Monday I would be glad if i could get some one to come after some of my close as iwill have more than i want at present doant fret my dear I will be alittle furder from home but not much worse I dont think Dear wife you must get James to come down to [?] ferry Monday morning and get my close or Sunday eaving if posible dont fret about me my sweet one / God will take care of Pray to him to enable you to consent to his will I dont mind going to town they will cary ous About Rant[?] I dont think we will move eny furder I will rite to morrow and send by mail you need not send James after these things Spell wagon will come down Tel Jas to come down eny how to morrow and see me dont fret Nothing more yours
