Dear wife this will in form you that I am well at present Hoping that this may find you all well I received your letter this morning and was glad to hear from you it has been so long since I heard from you I sent 15$ in a letter to you but I cant hear wether you got it or not Please let me hear I rote to Dave to now if he could let me have 100$ to buy corn with you must rite to me forthwith and let me now if you can get it and if you cant get it from him I will get it from willis Let me now if you can get the corn and at what Let me now how much James got for his horse I rote him word if he would give me 500$ for fany he could have her but I dont think she will bring more after a while My horse is mending I got a letter from Buren this week he said he has plenty for you and children the next year he is at Pocotaligo I rote to him to day /
My Dear your Old Bow is down hear with ous now W Fenden and Jackson Fenden My dear wife I am in such a hury to day that that I cant rite hardly
Tel all houdy for me I will rite a gain when i have more time you rote me word that you would come down and see me if you could come down with ant Bet I dont care but I think i will get off on furlow soon i hope my dear you dont rite eny thing at all in your letter rite all about the neighbors and eny thing els May the Lord be with my sweet family keep them from all harm Preserve the lives long to live and May I get back home to see you all once more to live with my sweet little ones and darling wife them cold nites is too bad to sleep with out my sweet Darling one God bless you all is the prayr of your Loving Husband
