My Dear wife this will in form you that i am well and hope this will find you well and my dear little ones too. My Dear, I dont know yet wether we will go or not Boreguard has [paper fold] ous going but I think we will go I dont want to flatter you I think we will go now we are shooing our horses know I hope we will not go yet but i dont mind going. I will get fat out there i recken if it was not for you it would not make a cents difference with me But i hope you will not let it fret you for my sake I have taken my likness and will send it the first safe chance i get / If we go i under stand that the Col is going to give ous 5 days to go home but i dont know what he will doo I hope we wont go at all My dear i am in town to day and I will write a long letter to morrow by mail
you must be in good hart and dont fret I am in good spirits yet
