My dear i have just receaved your kind and welcom letter wich offerd me much pleasure i am sory to think that you would think for a moment that i bleve eny thing about your flying a round it was only past in a joke when Bill Adams came back to camp i have too much confidence in you for that i love you too much to think eny such thing and when it was only spoke in a joke too My dear i am truly sory to hear of James being so sick you must let me know how he is getting i am anxious to know how he is May heven bless you i am sory to hear of my little mans foot being sore you must let me know all the news just like you did this time Let me now if you got the gun and pistol i will try and send George a nife Pah cant get eny thing good i am very poor and my hands all brused up shooing horses doo rite to me it is all the comfort i can get is what i can get is in the letters i get from you / My dear times is very hard here you must take care of your self and the little ones to give my love to Dave and Ann and sister Mary and Rack and all the neighbors in generaly I will rite every chance i can get and you must do the same i will take care of my self the best i can and may the lord bless you all is the prayer of your Loving
