Mr. Walter Bell. Dear father it is with gratest of pleasure that I seat myself to write you a fiew lines to let you know that I am well & enjoying good health I hope this may find you & all of my friends well. J. F. Glover is improving. Browning is well. I would like to see you or hear from you. You ought to be afiered that I would go wild out hear not hearing from any of you in 17 months & likeley not to hear in several more months. It would be a grate pleasure for me to read a letter from you Carrol is well & doing well. Times is very good. The crops are good. Ther has been a plenty of rain during the spring & summer months in the presant year. Give Mother my love & tell her that I have not forgot her & also to John Cornelius Catherine Dinar Scott & T. J. I exspect to see you all soon if Write soon. Your affectionate Son untill death. Thomas Bell
