Sir I send you theas the Pappers up and all so I think we had as well not go to nothern Texas for we can camence suit as well out hear as we can to go out thar that is all we can do if we go thar then for next court we can get ready for it I dont think we can go on the acount of the indians well at this time for it seames that thay ar goin to be Baad all on the frunteer thay was one indin seen this morning out at noonens Ranch all so at pulmans Ranch on the medina all out on the [?] at Simsun Ranch thay was a bant atacket the house Simeson and Sam one road up jest at the time the indian run nothing more at present.
PS if you think such will do and you dont wish to come down you can write and be shure to writ you look at them deeds when / thay come up be for you I sine them for I will not see them for I cant wait I think it is best for not to go to northen Texas this fall as we can sue Price as well.
