Know all men by these Presenc that We W. D. weaver and Sarah weaver of the State of Texas and County aforesaid have this day bargaind and sold to David G. Adams of the State of Texas and County aforesaid of our stock of cattle amounting to three hundred head more or less and all of the stock which he may get in our brand which is this WD of cattle. a cross and half under half in each ear bar in consideration of the sum of twelve hundred dollars to us in hand paid by the said David G Adams which property we warent and / and defend against all clames or clames which may be brought here after
