i re seive yore leter this morning and was glad to hear from you i am wel at present hoping this will will fin you all well i cood not tell you all the news in a weak for it is fine of fifty dolers for a man to tell the truth here golds Boro is a prety town i wold rather be at home than here you mad a miss stak in you leter you said that this was Co F it is Co H there is no prety golds girls here i hant git to talk / them i dont like that much i wold like to se you but we are not home know i think we have a mery ride evry day a bout thirty milles up the rail road after wod it is raining know and it takes too of us to hold up the tent we can make a bed in the sand eny where here we have preaching hear evry Sun here you nead not be uneasy for i am a comeing back again come over some knight and see me if you dont i will go to see you if you have no objection 
 
i cant tell when we will go a way but i ex spect we will go a way prety soon i cant tell where will go as our Colonel is a mity homely man i think when the yankees will see him they will run i want you to write soon and tell me all the news
