I seat my self with plesure to ancer yours of the 6 wich giv me much plesure to hear from you and to hear you and the rest of the family was al well this leavs me well truly hoping if this com to hand it may find you in joying the best of heath it wod bea a plesure to me if I com home to see you and drink sum of your good sider and tel you the nuws from the ware al tho i cold not hav much that wod bea good only that I hav binn spaired this far and [blot] to git to com home to see you al and spend the rest of my days with you al it is more plesure to mee to hear from you than i can tel But it wod bea more plesure to me to com home and see you and talk with you than I can stat to you I hop the time may sune com when this mity ware may sune com to a close and I and the rest can git to com home and see thair loved ones whom we love so dear and choose for them selvs them who has not got them ingaged But it seams lik it will bea sum time be fore I can git to com home for one reasen thair is so many runway out of our compen it mak the compen so small that we dont think we can git aful one sune But I hop I may bea mys staken about it for I hop the ware may sune stop and we al may git to com home and that will bea a hapy time if you or me liv to see it as i hav no nuse to write I will sune bring this short letter to a close by saing write sune yours truly as ever W W Mcdonald to Miss
