1 Private B. P. Kelly, Co D. 15th SoCa Regt.
Sentence "To be caused to ride a wooden horse, or a log not above ten inches in diameter, two hours a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, for twenty days, Sundays excepted, without being relieved meanwhile from his other duties; and to forfeit one month's pay."
2 Private W. Johnson Co B, 3d So. Ca. Regiment.
Sentence "To be caused to carry a fence-rail on his shoulder four hours a day two in the morning and two in the evening for thirty days, Sundays excepted, without being relieved meanwhile from other duties; and to forfeit his pay for two months, inclusive of the period of his unauthorized absence."
3 Private T. P. Powell, Co C, 51st Georgia Regiment.
Sentence "To be caused to carry a fence-rail on his shoulder four hours a day, two in the morning and two in the evening, for thirty days, Sundays excepted, without being relieved meanwhile from other duties; and to forfeit his pay for three months, inclusive of the period of his unauthorized absence."
II The proceedings findings and sentences in the foregoing cases are approved The sentences are confirmed and will be duly executed
