III Assistant Surgeons A.R. Bassy and H. K. Cochran are relieved from duty, the first at the Gwathney Hospital the second at Seabrook's Hospital, in this City, and will report to Surgeon N. S. Crowell Medical Director at Goldsboro North Carolina, for duty at the Camp of Instruction at that place
