Cincinnati October 24th 1885
I hereby agree to pay to Louisa Weitzel, Executrix and Trustee of the estate of Godfrey Weitzel deceased the sum of Five Thousand five hundred dollars in cash for the interest under the will of August Moor Godfrey Weitzel his heirs devisees or assigns have in the Real and personal property of the Estate of August Moor. She to bring proper suit if my attorneys deem it necessary to carry out this sale and I to pay expense of same the money $5500 to be paid by me when suit for sale is ended or within 60 days from date, if suit for sale is deemed unnecessary.

I accept the above proposition and agree to carry it out, deeming it after mature deliberation to be for the best interests for the income and property of the Estate of Godfrey Weitzel deceased and that it will improve the same.
