As you have been for some time a prisoner in Texas you have permission to go North by the first public conveyance, or otherwise if you prefer it, considering yourself a paroled prisoner until officially notified of your exchange.
Upon your arrival North, you will report to the Department by letter, enclosing a copy of this communication.
