My very Dear Cousin
It has been some time since I received your most welcom letter would have answerd it if I had paper. Was so sorry that Uncle Neill did not come home with Father that night we all would have been so glad to have seen him. Sarah Jane come down and less go up to see Sister. I know she will be glad to see us coming. Lissie has been staying up with Sister for nearly too months. We are look for Thom home next week that is the week of our Sacrament I wish you could be with us then. I was at a funeral last Sunday in Fayetteville it was Cousin Neill Clarkes Mr Hume Episcopalian minister preached his sermon a very good one indeed it was.
