I have been looking for an answer to a letter I wrote in answer to the one you wrote to me, but have not received any & I have concluded you did not receive it and I will write you again and if you receive it you must answer it as soon as you receive it. I sometimes think you are sick or perhaps something of a more serious nature has befallen you & if so should like to know it, and if you are not able to write you / must get one of the boys to do so for you I hav had a letter from Alfred since I received yours. Our people were all well except himself the old disease is bothering him his throught & lungs he has been in Chicago and consulted Dr Airs the celebra throught & lungs restorator the Doc thinks he can cure him but it will take 3 months he was travling at 50 doll a month but was compelled to quit on account of his health. I have been looking for a letters home but they hav not come Chancy is tending bar in Aurora he gets 25 dollars per month & found Direct to Sergt Dow Shibly Sec 1 Div 2 Box 20 Choice House Hospital Rome Ga. I will leav half of the sheet for you to write on
