Amos, Emma & Sarah came up here and spent the evening with us I was down to Uncle Charles' yesterday. they were very busy indeed, there has been more folks there this court than there ever has been before since they have lived there. It finishes this week or next or some time or other I dont exactly know when. Father and I talk of coming down next week I dont know whether we shall come before Thanksgiving or not you and Grandma must be ready to come back with father when you get your visit made out, Emma is going down / and you can go back with them my coming down need not prevent you from coming up here for I shall stay but a few days and I can visit with you when I come back I hope you will come any way I must stop writing and go too work on my dress or else I shant get it done
