Ellen Philp
Ellen Philp was born around 1847, probably in New York, to Joseph and Ellen Philp. Her father was a surveyor. The family lived in West Troy, New York, until the 1850s, when they moved to Tyrone, New York. She fell ill and died in May 1863.
