Elizabeth Winch
Elizabeth Winch (maiden name: Terbush) was born on August 9, 1824, in New York to Cornelius and Esther Terbush. Her father was a farmer who owned $8,000 of real estate and $9,590 of personal property by 1860. By 1850, the family was living in Candice, New York. She eventually married Amasa Winch, and they had at least two children: Alice, born around 1857; and Lucy, born around 1858. They lived in Candice, and her husband worked as a farmer. By 1860, they owned $2,450 of real estate and $1,200 of personal property. A decade later, they owned $4,000 of real estate and $1,600 of personal property. She died on June 8, 1900.
