George W. Boerstler Jr.
George W. Boerstler, Jr., was born in November 1846 in Ohio to George and Eliza Boerstler. His father was a doctor who owned $9,300 of real estate and $3,000 of personal property by 1860. He grew up and attended school in Lancaster, Ohio. By 1870, he was also working as a doctor, and he owned $220 of personal property.
 
Boerstler married Sarah R. Camp on November 21, 1872, and their daughter was born around 1873. His wife died in the late 1800s. By 1900, he was living with his sister Frances in Lancaster. He died there on of a cerebral hemorrhage on September 19, 1916.
