Sir I am getting my Pension papers filled out and Cant Proseed any farther with out some of your help I want you to Sign this Paper that I Send to you and Send the same back to me give your word and honor that I was wounded/in that Battle and and in the left thigh my wound wil make a Crpple of me I think I wil go back in the service if I get able
