            Dear Brother George I received your kind Letter of the 27/- March with much pleasure and thought I would answer it amediately but have neglected until now we wer much pleased to hear that your health was improving and that you was as well situated I know it must be very hard to leave your family and house but I think you have Friends with you we talk of you often and would be glad to see you but I suppose it is imposible at present but I hope the time Is not far/Distent when you will come back to old Bradford Co and see us all I no you have many warm friends In this county Besides your Relatives that would Be glad to see you we are all as well as common at present we have commenced farming a little I sowed 8 Bosh Oats yesterday for the first the ground has been verry wet until Las week the wether is verry plesant now and we have got Lots of work to do times is Rather hard for Farmers Produse and cattle is verry low store goods hy and money scarse but I hope their will be a change soon for the better/
 
Adelia ses She shal write to your wife this week I am a verry poor hand to Rite leters for I dont Rite one a year on an everage as you will think when you see this Charles folks is all well and ar looking for a letter from you I wish I could Rite to interest you as much as your letter did me but I cant so you must take the will for the Deed and write soon and oblige your affectionate Brother

Dear Brother   Rubin has not filled up this letter I thought I would write a little if the is not much sence to it I am a a going to writ to Cinda I have neglected because I have had so much to doo I want to see your little boy so bad it seames as tho he looks like our little boy that died my helth is very good for me I hope you will write to us all as often as you can we feel very unesy bout you from your friend and sister A.
